What is the best browser to use with the DCP?
The best browsers are Chrome or Firefox. There are problems with Internet Explorer, we recommend you don't use it to access DCP resources.

How do I clear my internet browser's cache?
It depends which browser you are using. Click Here to find directions for your specific browser.

How do I set up an account on the new system,
You will receive an email that activates your account and includes your unique username and password access.

I can't remember my login ID.
Click the "Forgot my Password" link on the home page and you will be sent a new one.

How do I change my password?
Click on your name and choose "change password" from the drop down menu.

I'd like to know if my district has a contract so I can use the services and resources you provide - what should I do?

How do I get my students access to the Digital Content Portal?
Students are given access through a common username and login password for your site for the year. You will be sent the students' username and password in your activation email. If you did not receive it, please contact Cindy Dunlevy.
